The Polaris testing system builds upon decades of research into “what works” in the
prediction of job-related behaviors (e.g., level of performance, absenteeism, turnover). The tests included in
the system measure the facets of personality and skills that are most predictive of performance on entry-level
jobs. The methods used to tailor the system to specific jobs and industry groups optimize the validity of the
instruments for targeted applications.
Polaris is devoted to conducting on-going research into the effectiveness of its
instruments, and into their continuous improvement. The result is testing systems that meet the highest
