Selection Testing Systems
The Polaris Position Fit Inventory for Teachers provides both an Overall Score and scores on six basic aspects of how the candidate approaches classroom situations:
- Fairness and Respect
- Concern for Student Learning
- Adaptability
- Communication and Persuasion
- Planning and Organizing
- Cultural Competence
These are measured through the use of situational, personality and attitudinal items. The assessment is untimed, taking most candidates about 20 minutes to complete.
