Polaris plans to add two test offerings in the near future: one assessment program will focus on screening candidates for school principal positions and a second on support staff.  more >

Interview Systems

The Polaris behavior-based interview systems are organized to provide users with options concerning content, focus and length – and they are designed to be integrated with our testing systems. A unique aspect of our system design involves the ability to generate interview protocols based on information developed from the assessment test. This provides for a more personalized interview process containing high-payoff questions.  more >

Test Administration Options

Polaris tests are structured to be administered over the web or through the use of printed booklets. This allows the tests to be administered conveniently in circumstances that vary from broad-scale testing of internet applicants to in-office or job-fair-based administration of the tests.  more >

System Development & Implementation

A key strength of the Polaris systems is that they are not based on the assumption of “one size fits all.” Proprietary job analytic and structured discussion tools allow the Polaris professional staff to optimize the configuration of tests and interview(s) to the needs of a given district.  more >

Consulting Services

In addition to tailoring its standard systems, Polaris consultants work with organizations to develop tailor-designed components such as telephone-based interviews or in-person behavioral simulations. Specialized testing components can also be developed and validated to meet unique organizational needs.  more >
