Polaris Educational Systems is dedicated to continuously improving its offerings. In 2009 we will complete the development and validation of the Job Fit Inventory for Support Staff as well as a tool for the assessment of school principal candidates.
Initially, the Job Fit Inventory for School Support Staff (JFI-S) is focused on aiding in the screening of candidates for the following types of jobs in K-12 school districts:
- Secretarial/Clerical Employees
- Custodians
- Bus Drivers
- Cafeteria Employees
- Instructional Assistants
- Security Employees
